Createch   Services,   LLC.    is   licensed   to   use   the   software   titles   listed below   to   complete   your   design   project.      If   you   submit   files   in   any   of these   formats,   please   ensure   that   you   also   include   any   support   files   as well, i.e. fonts, images, videos, Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, Acrobat, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher, OneNote Quark - Quark Xpress Magix -  Vegas Movie Studio, Music Maker Xara - Xara Web Designer Other Software Titles - Brackets, Dropbox, One Drive, Google Drive

Depending   on   the   type   your   project,   resolution   will   vary.      If   you   are having   a   website   done   or   some   other   project   that   will   be   displayed   on a   computer   screen,   then   your   images   should   be   a   minimum   of   72   DPI (Dots Per Inch). For   print   projects,   graphics   should   be   no   less   than   300   DPI.      Anything less   than   300   DPI   will   often   result   in   pixelated,   blurry   or   low   quality output.      It   is   always   best   to   have   more   DPI   than   you   need.      Resolution can   be   adjusted   down,   but   once   that   is   done,   you   cannot   add   quality back in should you change your mind.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Createch Services, LLC. is able to accept most any type of payment, including • Cash • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) • Personal of Business Checks • Money Order (All Checks and Money Orders should be made out to Createch Services)

When is my payment due?

Payments   for   Technology   Services   are   due   at   the   time   of   service   unless otherwise   stated.      Payments   for   all   Design,   Video,   Audio,   Print   &   Finishing Services   require   a   50%   down   with   the   invoice   balance   being   paid   upon   the completion of the services provided.

Trip Charges/Shipping & Handling

If   on-site   service   is   provided   by   Createch   Services,   LLC.    i.e.   pick   up   or   drop off   a   client-owned   PC,   digital   devices   containing   files   for   design   services, hard   copy   printouts   of   media   for   scanning,   copying   or   finishing   services,        there   is   a   $45.00   trip   charge   per   one-way   trip.      If   the   client   brings   in   their   PC or   media,   there   will   be   no   trip   charge   assessed   unless   Createch   Services, LLC.  is required to deliver items to the client upon completion of services. Shipping   of   PC’s,   PC   parts,   media   (books,   copies,   brochures   and   fliers),   digital devices   (flash   drives,   hard   drives   and   CD/DVD   disks)   and   hard   copy   media (photographs   and   printouts)   will   be   done   so   at   the   expense   of   the   client.     Createch    Services,    LLC.    has    a    Dropbox    account    for    the    uploading    and sharing of digital files needed to complete any digital and design services.
